I've long since been a huge fan of pumpkin pie and cheese cake, and was mostly interested when I found this recipe online earlier:

Turned out VERY well! Should warn you though, you might want to plan to spend time in the gym the next day...
Or don't look at the nutrition info at the bottom. I think this recipe is a keeper though, and I recommend it to anybody!
