I was lucky enough to record the "shockbone" overdubs for that commercial. All of the instruments were made from a real ford focus by Bill Milprodt of the Car Music Project and we all actually recorded on those instruments. It was a fun gig, I was bummed I didn't get to keep the horn  Good!
