Does anyone here remember Tom Lehrer?  His humorous songs and satirical political songs were hugely popular in the 1950s and 1960s.  Thanks to the saber-rattling that's been going on between Trump and Kim Jong Un, two of his political songs have become topical again.

If any of you are thinking of writing your own satirical songs about the Trump Administration, I suggest that you do it soon, before he is impeached; follows Nixon's example by resigning one step ahead of an impeachment vote; or is removed from office under the provisions of the 25th Amendment.  I have a modest example to offer, inspired by a song from The Producers (no points for guessing which one).

Springtime for Trump in Amerika,
Put on your brown shirts today.
Klansmen and Nazis can smile again,
Jackboots are back in style again.

Oh yes it's springtime for Trump in Amerika,
Very Fine People, arise;
Shout out a lusty "Sieg Heil!" again
As you raise your right arms to the skies!

If Trump played disco
He'd shoot it to sh*t
You can't disco in jackboots

With a silver spoon
He'd sing lame lyrics
And try to reach deplorable man
