One low cost sleep study I did at home.  They provided me with a pulse/oxygen meter that just clipped to the end of a finger.  It recorded my oxygen levels and pulse all night.  The vendor picked it up the next day and their technician read it.

I'm not a total idiot - there are still a few pieces missing!

A couple of things that helped me - at my doctorís recommendation I switched over the counter antihistamines. Now I alternate between two, changing once a year. For reflux, I found that eating my last meal early solved that. Of course thatís a big problem on gig nights because I donít play well on a full stomach, so after the gig I eat lightly.
