Whenever I try to upload a profile picture this message pops up: 'Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

Please consult your server administrator for more information.'
I've tried different file types and resized the image to be 100x100 or smaller and I continue to get the same message.

I believe the forum is basically bonked for all uploads until the owner does some substantial maintenance.

If I had to wager a bet, I'd say the file system the forum software is installed on is set either to read-only or write permissions have been removed from the OS account the software is running as, save the database.

My guess is that this helped cut down on the 'hacking' we saw a couple years back.
