Now just heard that Glen Fry of the Eagles has passed!!!!

The local paper here had a slideshow on their site showing a bunch of ageing rockers. The youngest one on the list was Stevie Wonder at 65. Jagger is 72, Roger Daltrey is 71, Paul McCartney is 73, and Deborah Harry is 70. Chuck Berry is still with us at 89.

Given the lifestyle some of those folks led, it's amazing they're still around.

Mic Gillette was one of the all time greats and a personal favorite.  He was absolutely amazing live and was always a blast to hear....I am just gutted....

Very sad to say, and a bit frightening when they are younger than you.

Stevie Wright (The Easybeats), David Bowie, Natalie Cole.

I'm getting very tired of it.
Especially Mic.  He was a friend for 50 years.  there will never be another like him.
