I wonder how many on this forum knew of him.  Brad was a stalwart of the Detroit jazz scene for decades until his untimely death just a few months after this performance below.  He would have turned sixty this May.

I had not heard he was gone, very sorry to hear that.  He was a fantastic jazz artist on tuba and euphonium.

This is the first I've heard of his passing as well. He was a killer player!
