I have created a new member group called 'No PP' that completely hides the Purely Politics section of the forum.  Members in the group cannot see, post in, or go to the Purely Politics section.  Anyone wanting to join send me a PM.

Note:  If you receive a temporary ban because of your actions in Purely Politics, you will be placed in this group and you will no longer be able to post in Purely Politics

You might want to call the new group
LOPP--- Liberal-Only-PP, or
NCPP--- No-Conservatives-PP,
and either acronym would be more more accurately descriptive!

How's it working out so far?

We've gotten rid of a number of snarky commenters.

We still have a few Conservative posters, but they are mostly being civil.

There may be a couple of Liberal members of PP if they don't shape up.

Thanks for taking action. It's really hard to believe trombone players can harbor so much hatefulness toward each other.
