The McVey chart is probablly "Rifferendum 94".

Another suggestion, is Dave Wolpe's "Makin'Whoopee".

Somewhere around here I have a complete set of parts to Rifferendum 94.  If I find it I want to take it to one of the Big Bands I'm playing with.
